Accute is an Access Database program that is designed for attorneys and advocates in South Africa and is a local “made in SA” program.

Accute is a unique time management and accounts program created to enable attorneys and advocates to keep track of their clients, matters, time recording, invoices, payments and expenses.
Do you find yourself duplicating information in order to bill your clients?
Invoices are generated from existing unbilled time and the system then keeps track of unpaid invoices and monies coming in.
Is all the correspondence to and from your clients and matters in one place and easy to find?
All files that you generate against each matter, or files that are sent to you (in whatever electronic format, scanned files, email etc) can be associated with each matter in the system and opened by the system with the double-click of a mouse.
Have you got alerts and reminders correctly set up?
You can set reminders and alerts against each Matter in Accute and even create appointment and tasks that go directly into Outlook.
