Meet Melanie Jenkins

Database Developer | Microsoft Office Trainer | Technical Author

Based in Cape Town, Melanie Jenkins has been designing databases and software applications for more than 30 years, working with Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL and VB.NET.

She also has extensive experience creating technical and user manuals to accompany both the software she develops and the training she provides. Her step-by-step Access VBA manual is designed to make learning practical and accessible, with support available by email when you need it.

Melanie has been teaching Microsoft Office since 1992, in the UK, New Zealand and South Africa. Over the years, she has taught thousands of learners from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and levels of experience.

As a qualified teacher and certified instructor, she teaches all levels of Microsoft Office, with particular expertise in advanced Excel, Microsoft Access and VBA.

How We Work

We work with clients in person in Cape Town and online throughout South Africa. We are also happy to travel anywhere in the country where required, with travel expenses charged separately.
